Engineering Processing: Order is in the Engineering department for part numbers to be added to the order, or to check for accuracy of part numbers entered. Drawing Processing: Order is currently awaiting submittal drawings to be created or revised. Inventory Processing: Order is ready to be placed into a production schedule and/or purchase orders created for outside purchase items. Dealer Order Clarification: The order is missing information or there are unanswered questions regarding some part of the order. Slot Date: An estimated ship date has been established based on manufacturing capacity. Estimated ship date does not include potential seasonal delays. Acknowledged: All line items on the order have been allocated to stock, a work order, a purchase order (outside vendor), or a transfer to one of our facilities. Acknowledge date does not include potential seasonal delays. Shipping List Printed: The order has all line items available to ship, in queue to be loaded or waiting for carrier. Shipped: The order has left one of our facilities or an outside vendors facility. Order status data updated every 4 hours. |
